Password Protected 7Zip Windows to Mac to Windows

I’m sure this has been asked before but…using Keka on a Mac,

1. Can you decompress/open a password protected 7zip file that was created on a Windows PC?

2. Can you compress/archive a folder containing multiple files using Keka into a password protected 7zip file?

3. Can that password protected 7zip file created by Keka be opened on a Windows PC using 7zip?
